Donguri
Have you all visited "donguri" bakery in Cocono susukino? The " donguri" on the underground floor of Cocono susukino is different from usual... They have a variety of menu items exclusively available at Cocono susukino! You can get freshly made items depending on your time and timing. Personal recommendation 1: "Soft and Chewy Pumpkin Paste Butter" Pumpkin paste is generously sandwiched between soft and chewy bread dough! The mild sweetness of the pumpkin paste and the salty butter create an excellent combination 😋 Personal recommendation 2: "Crunchy Croissant" As the name suggests, the crunchy texture is irresistible... but the inside is fluffy! There is also a mini croissant version, making it easy to enjoy anytime ✨ For those who are going to Cocono susukino and are curious about what kind of bread they have... why not stop by and see for yourself? That was an introduction to the donguri store in Cocono susukino.2024.08.03
TNOC THE STORE SAPPORO
On April 24, 2024, TNOC Hokkaido's first store opened in the famous arcade street "Tanuki-koji 4-chome" in Sapporo. The building is characterized by an atrium where you can see the sky from the passage, which is rare in shopping streets, and a large staircase leading to the 2nd floor. When I passed by the vicinity, I was secretly looking forward to what I could do there. The store features an apparel section on the 1st floor and a café on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor, you can find collaboration goods with the popular Hokkaido-based professional baseball team "Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters," and on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy original bread served by the well-known chikuwa bread shop "Donguri,", as well as "TNOC THE CHEESE CAKE" using Hokkaido-produced cheese. You should definitely drop by and check it out if you have the chance!2024.06.17

Shiroi Koibito Park Sweet Illumination
Hello, everyone!!
The Sapporo Snow Festival is over and it feels like winter is ending in the blink of an eye, but there are still many tourist spots to check out in Sapporo. This time, let me introduce you to a wonderful illumination spot perfect for winter. The Sweet Illumination at Shiroi Koibito Park, which has been held since November 15, 2023, will continue until March 31, 2024. Approximately 80,000 light bulbs are used for the illumination, and a recommended spot is a large bell that signifies "happiness." Shiroi Koibito Park is a theme park where you can see the manufacturing process of Shiroi Koibito, one of Hokkaido's representative confectioneries. In the evenings from 4 pm to 7 pm, the park illuminates its facilities. I think it would be a wonderful memory to take photos while looking at the warm light of the illumination in the winter night sky. I have included details about the Shiroi Koibito Park Sweet Illumination below, so please come and visit if you can.2024.02.26

Yotsuba Ice Cream
Hello everyone! What wishes did you make for your first shrine visit of the year? The New Year's atmosphere has faded, and the cold weather has become even more severe. Now, let me introduce the soft serve ice cream from Yotsuba White Cozy at New Chitose Airport. This soft serve ice cream is made from high-quality fresh milk nurtured by the magnificent nature of Tokachi, Hokkaido. It has a rich flavor yet a refreshing aftertaste, allowing you to savor the true deliciousness of fresh milk. The secrets to the deliciousness of this soft serve ice cream are as follows: - The use of ingredients sourced from Tokachi. - It is a pure milk fat type, without any other oils besides milk fat. - It is carefully managed at temperatures below 10℃ to preserve the original flavor of fresh milk. At Yotsuba White Cozy, you can also enjoy parfaits made with their soft serve ice cream. So why not take a break before departure or after arrival and give it a try? Please note that the soft serve ice cream is available exclusively at New Chitose Airport!2024.01.17
Sapporo White Illumination
Hey everyone,
We hope you all had a great Christmas and new year’s.
The snow has really started falling down here in Sapporo and the city has become something of a winter wonderland. Many cities around Hokkaido have illumination shows around this time of the year and Sapporo is no exception. Sapporo White Illumination features light ups mainly around Odori Park and the Sapporo station area. The illumination started way back in 1981 and has been a focal point for the city every year. It definitely signals the start of winter for the city. The light up will last until March and they stay on until around 22:00. Please enjoy the lights if you have the chance!2023.12.15
SHELTER CAFE
Hello! This time, I would like to introduce you to “SHELTER CAFE,” where you can enjoy tea and coffee surrounded by beautiful dried flowers.
The interior of the cafe is adorned with many beautiful dried flowers, which will raise your spirits even before you sit down. The menu offers Shelter Cafe’s original blend teas, seasonal tarts, pasta, roast beef bowls, and more… There is a wonderful variety of dishes to choose from. When I visited, they all looked delicious, so I had a hard time deciding, but I eventually chose the rich carbonara with thick-cut bacon and the seasonal limited edition pumpkin Mont Blanc tart.
The carbonara was indeed rich, as the name suggests! The thick-cut bacon was perfect, and it was very satisfying to eat.
The pumpkin Mont Blanc tart was also rich, to the point where you might think you are eating pumpkin directly… If you love pumpkin, I highly recommend trying it.
In addition, they also sell interior goods made with dried flowers, so if you are a fan of dried flowers or if you are curious about them after visiting this cafe, why not take something home as a memento?2023.11.27
Three Reccomended Souvenirs from Hokkaido
Shiroi Koibito and Marusei Butter Sando often come to mind when thinking of souvenirs from Hokkaido. While these are great suggestions for those visiting Hokkaido for the first time, what do those who have visited numerous times recommend? In todays post we will introduce you to 3 souvenirs that are a little well-less known, but equally as delicious.
① Snow Royal
In 1968, the ice cream maker ‘Yuki Jirushi’ received a request to make a delicious ice cream literally fit for the emperor to eat. The Snow Royal ice cream is what the came up with; a simple vanilla ice cream which contains 15.6% milk fat. Its recently become a trend in Hokkaido to eat ice cream in your room with the heater on max on a cold winters day!
② Ishiya Chocolate Tablet
Speaking of the famous confectionery ‘Shiroi Koibito’, it is well-known for its harmony of crispy langue de chat and sandwiched chocolate. However, this product here is the result of using only the chocolate part. Originally, the development of this product was triggered by the shortage of eggs due to influenza which made it impossible to produce langue de chat on a large scale. It’s amazing how its now become a big hit product!
③ Genghis Khan Caramel
For those looking for something a little more unusual, we recommend ‘Genghis Khan Caramel’. This is a unique product that the seller themselves openly declare as disgusting…… It’s famous among students in Hokkaido as a forfeit item when losing a game. As for the taste, well… please try it for yourself. It’s perfect as a gift for joke-loving friends or unfriendly colleagues.
Please try these 3 souvenirs if you get the chance!2023.11.14
COCONO SUSUKINO
Hello everyone.
Despite being called "Risshu" (the beginning of autumn), the intense heat continues. As the weather tends to become unstable during this season, please take care of your health.
Now, I would like to introduce the long-awaited opening of "COCONO SUSUKINO" this autumn. Since the closure of Susukino Lafiler in May 2020, which marked the end of its 46-year history that started from Sapporo Mitsukoshi, it has been almost three years. After about two years of construction on the site, a complex commercial facility is finally taking shape, as seen in the photos. The nickname "COCONO" carries two meanings: "koko" (here), representing the location, and "ko-ko" (individual), representing diversity. The concept is to create a place where everyone can enjoy themselves in their own way, whether alone or with others.
Most of the stores have already been determined. The underground second floor will be a supermarket, while from the underground first floor to the fourth floor, there will be restaurants and retail shops. The fifth and sixth floors will house a movie theater, and from the seventh floor, which is the top floor, to the 18th floor, there will be a hotel. It is expected to become a central facility in Susukino.
With its direct connection to the underground shopping area, "COCONO SUSUKINO" provides peace of mind even on rainy or snowy days. We are eagerly awaiting its opening this autumn and are excited to catch a glimpse of a new side of Susukino. The exterior is almost complete, so when you are passing by, I recommend stopping and looking up to see it for yourself.2023.08.27
MOYUK SAPPORO
Hello everyone,
How has life been treating you all now that the number of COVID-19 cases has gradually decreased? The number of travelers to Sapporo has steadily been increasing, and we are slowly regaining the liveliness of pre-covid times. In addition, our favourite baseball team, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters are celebrating their 20th anniversary since the team relocated here, and the opening of the newly built stadium, Es Con Field Hokkaido, which we believe will continue to attract many more visitors to Sapporo. Today we would like to introduce some facilities in Sapporo that could become new attractions in the future, as a reference for your future trips.
~ MOYUK SAPPORO ~
You may have heard about it in the news, but it is located about a 7-minute walk from our hotel. A unique urban-style aquarium called "AOAO SAPPORO" has opened, along with many first-time exhibited and first-time ventured restaurants and shops in Hokkaido. It is a complex facility that could become a landmark tower in Sapporo. Regarding access, you can move around without going above ground from the subway, making it a very convenient facility for sightseeing as well as everyday use. ※Regarding MOYUK: It seems to mean "raccoon" in the Ainu language. Since it is adjacent to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, perhaps the name was decided based on that connection?!
If you have time during your stay at our hotel, why not visit there?2023.07.20
Flower Festa Sapporo 2023
Hello everyone!
The temperature in Hokkaido is starting to climb and it's beginning to feel like summer is just around the corner.
Today, I'm excited to introduce the "Flower Festa Sapporo 2023," which will be held in the center of Sapporo, Odori Park.
An event that symbolizes the city of Sapporo, known for its scenic spots for flower viewing, the "Flower Festa Sapporo" has been held continuously every year since 1993.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the theme for the 2023 event is "Flower Wonderland." New additions to this year’s festa include a gardening contest for high school students. The contest will feature many showpieces made from flowers, gardening-related product sales, as well as flower monuments.
Various food and drink vendors are also set up within the festival, giving visitors a chance to cool off and refresh in the shade.
The event will be held from West 4-chome to 8-chome on Odori Park, which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from our hotel. We hope you'll consider staying with us and taking a stroll to the festival.2023.06.19
YOSAKOI Soran Festival
Hello everyone! I hope you had a relaxing Golden Week.
I want to introduce you to an event that I'm looking forward to - the YOSAKOI Soran Festival, which will be held in June. It is an energetic dance event that adds colorful flare to the short Hokkaido summer. This year it will be held from June 7th to 11th.
The festival was first held in early June 1992, and 2023 marks the 32nd anniversary. It is said that the festival was named YOSAKOI Soran Festival by combining the YOSAKOI and Soran song and dance styles.
During the festival, you will be able to see vivid expressions and energetic dance moves from the participating teams, all dressed in colourful costumes.
Even if you have seen it on TV before, it's definitely worth visiting the festival in person. If you're planning to go to the event, we look forward to your visit and reservation at T Mark City Hotel Sapporo!2023.04.08
Es Con Field
Hello everyone!
Allow me to introduce Es Con Field Hokkaido, which opened in March 2023 as the new home stadium for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters baseball team.
It operates 365 days a year, but is divided into two categories: game days and non-game days.
For day games, the stadium opens at 11:00 a.m. and the food and beverage shops also open at the same time, operating until the end of the game or until 9:00 p.m.
For night games, the stadium opens at 4:00 p.m., and the food and beverage shops open at the same time. Some shops open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and then again from 4:00 p.m. until the end of the game. However, access to the stadium is prohibited from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The entrance fee (without a seat in the stadium) on game days is between 800 yen and 1,200 yen.
On non-game days, the entrance is open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the food and beverage shops operate from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m., depending on the store. Some stores are only open on weekends and holidays, so please check the website in advance.

It is about a 90 minute journey from T-Mark City Hotel Sapporo. First, take the subway at Susukino Station to Sapporo Station. Then transfer to the JR train and head to New Chitose Airport Station. Get off at Kitahiroshima Station and it's a 20- to 30-minute walk or bus ride away.
We hope you can enjoy an exciting baseball game!2023.04.01
Flower Flower
Hello everyone,
Today, I would like to introduce must-try desserts from "Flower Flower," which is recently proving to be popular on Instagram. Their crepes and soft-serve ice cream look just like flowers and petals, making it difficult to choose which one to eat. All their menu items are cute and the atmosphere inside the shop is also very trendy.
Last time I visited, I tried the chocolate parfait. The chocolate ice cream was so rich, and it was topped with dried fruit and edible flowers that looked adorable. There were also dried fruits at the bottom, making it refreshing and easy to eat.
If you are interested, why don't you visit Flower Flower and try some deserts for yourself?2023.03.24
Bocca
I love sweet things, so whenever I stop by a convenience store I end up buying chocolates, ice cream and such. But sometimes, I crave for something a little fancier. Whenever that happens, I always go for Bocca's White Pudding.
The pudding comes packaged inside a rubber balloon, I really enjoy the gimmick of breaking the balloon open with a toothpick and seeing a round, pure-white pudding emerge from inside. As for the taste, the richness of the milk simply explodes in your mouth as soon as you take a bite, strongly appealing to those who love sweet things.
The secret to its deliciousness lies in its raw ingredient, the 'Date Milk', produced by dairy farmers near Bocca's Milking Parlor on the outskirts of Date city in Hokkaido. They process the premium raw milk at 95℃ for 15 seconds to ensure that the milk retains its natural sweetness and clean taste. The soft, chewy texture is great.
Halfway through eating, you'll want to put a spoonful of the accompanying bittersweet caramel sauce over the top. For me, this little change in taste always makes me reach for another one much quicker than otherwise.
This sweet dessert is always a hit as a gift. You can purchase it in Sapporo at the 'Hokkaido Shiki Market' right next to Sapporo Station. However, online ordering is also possible through Bocca's online store. If you're curious, please give it a try.2023.03.23
TANUKI COMICHI
Hello everyone, how’s it going?
The days are becoming more spring-like here is Sapporo, but it’s still quite chilly in the evenings, so be sure to wrap up warm when going outside!
In today’s blog, I want to talk to you about a new yokocho (Tanuki Comichi) that was opened in August 2022 in Sapporo’s Tanuki Koji shopping street. The yokocho, a traditional Japanese-style alleyway, is lined with 20 of the most famous restaurants from all around Hokkaido, ranging from fresh seafood to delicious soup curry. We recommend visiting a few different restaurants in the alley and trying a variety of dishes! Tanuki Comichi is also packed with great souvenir shops which sell omiyage from around the prefecture.
The alley is located inside so regardless of the weather please check it out!2023.03.05

K.L.I.M Cafe
Hello everyone!
How are you all doing?
It is a well-known fact that Hokkaido is famous for its abundance of diary products. The prefecture produces more than half of the domestic supply of milk in Japan. Hokkaido milk is known for its high quality which is due to ideal farming conditions; dairy cows are free to roam the wide green fields living a happy life and therefore producing great tasting milk. When you visit Sapporo, we recommend you try the soft serve ice cream at K.L.I.M Café, a fairly new establishment (opened in 2021) close by to our hotel. We recommend you try their signature black sesame and coconut soft serve with pearls (900JPY). Please give it a try, they also do takeaways!2022.09.20
Royce mint chocolate
Hello everyone,
In recent years, many mint chocolate flavoured snacks have been on sale in the summertime. Recently I came across a really scrumptious mint chocolate product that I’d like to introduce you to.
Royce (chocolatier) are currently selling their famous ‘nama chocolate’ in mint flavour. Mint flavoured chocolate usually tastes great, but these chocolates taste even greater than great!
They are only being sold for a limited time, so please hurry up and try them while you can!
Mint chocolate sandwiches are also currently being sold at Sandria, a sandwich shop close to our hotel, which are also delicious!2022.08.11
Studioj45
Hello everyone,
In today’s blog, I’d like to introduce you to the handmade experience of blowing glass at ‘Studioj45’, a shop in Otaru. The atmosphere in the shop is very relaxed and the friendly staff will kindly tell you how to blow glass, we recommend it for beginners.
We think it’s great for those wishing to make fond memories of their trip to Hokkaido, or for those hoping to pick up a unique souvenir to bring home. Firstly, you choose a shape (e.g. a bowl or vase) before choosing your favourite colour. They also have English and Chinese-speaking staff for foreign visitors. They also sell some of the glassware that they have made themselves, so please feel free to take a look.2022.07.18
Coffee Machines!
Hello everyone,
Does everyone like drinking coffee? I usually go to coffee shops to drink coffee and relax.
In this blog, I’d like to introduce you to the recently acquired coffee machines that we have put in our hotel rooms. The coffee machines are from Nestle and are called Nespresso machines.
Please bear in mind that the coffee machines are only installed in our double, twin and family rooms, they are currently not installed in our single rooms.
Please enjoy a cup of hot coffee after you arrive, or perhaps in the morning before you leave. We have prepared three different types of coffee:
1. Cape Town Envivo Lungo (orange capsule)
An extremely intense Lungo – full-bodied with a punchy bitter note and woody aroma.
2. Stockholm Fortissio Lungo
Recreates the flavour of Sweedish coffee; intense, sweet, with a hint of bitterness.
3. Inspirazione Firenze Arpegio
Combines fruity notes with cocoa notes, creating a velvety, dense and creamy cup.
They are all types of coffee that are not readily available in your average supermarket so please give them all a try!2022.06.29

There are many animals, including polar bears!
In addition to observing more than 160 kinds of animals, there are also many sakura trees, so you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing in spring and autumn leaves. It is a popular sightseeing spot because the scenery changes from season to season.

Hello, everyone!
Warm days are plentiful this time of year; summer is just around the corner!

Tenguyama
Hello everyone!!
This is T Mark City Hotel Sapporo Front Desk Abe.
It seems that the number of warm days in Sapporo is increasing little by little, just like spring. How are you all doing?
This time, it's easier to go outside, so I'll go a little further and tell you about the Otaru Tenguyama Ropeway!
Mt. Tengu of Otaru Tenguyama Ropeway is known for its symbolic mountain of Otaru at an elevation of 532.4 meters.
From the top of Mt. Tengu, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the streets of Otaru and Sea of Japan.
Other than the observation deck at the top of the mountain, there is a legend that "Nose nade Tengu-san" is magical, and that if you touch its long nose, you can get rid of evil spirits and wishes, and it is said that all wishes such as traffic safety, family safety, business prosperity, and academic achievement will come true.
Inside the top of the mountain, there is also a Tengu museum where items related to Tengu are collected from all over the country (free admission).
And above all, the night view is beautiful, so it's a very enjoyable place.
Why don't you all visit the Otaru Tenguyama Ropeway?2022.04.03
Vending Machines
Hello everyone!
Today we would like to introduce you to the vending machines installed in the lobby on the first floor of our hotel.
There are a total of five different vending machines. Two of them are stocked with cans and plastic bottles, and one serves drinks in a paper cup.
We also have an ice cream vending machine that’s very popular in the summer!
Our best recommendation is the vending machine for cup noodles.
It’s great for times when you’re a little hungry, but it's troublesome to go out to eat or go to a convenience store.
Please get chopsticks at the front desk.
We also have sweets such as "Pritz" and "Alfort."
We even have an umbrella vending machine!
It's very convenient, so please use it.2022.03.21
2022 Cherry Blossoms
Hello, everyone.
The snow melts in Hokkaido and the cherry blossom season in Honshu is waiting. How are you doing?
The topic of cherry blossoms in Hokkaido seems to be still a long way off.
But for those of us who are eagerly waiting for spring, we are looking forward to the cherry blossom forecast.
March 9, 2022 10:51 Weather News
■Sakura Forecast■
·Predicted March 18th in Tokyo and Fukuoka
·Flowers bloom earlier than usual in northern and eastern Japan
·The warmth of spring accelerates the growth of buds
Toward the upcoming cherry blossom season, Weather News has announced its fifth cherry blossom forecast for 2022.
Based on more than 2 million cherry blossom reports received from participants in the Sakura Project over the past 18 years, independent coverage of famous places, and weather forecasts such as temperature, we predict the flowering date. I wonder when the nearby cherry blossoms will bloom and be in full bloom.
Cherry blossoms are expected to bloom in western Japan in 2022 as usual, and in eastern and northern Japan, they are expected to bloom earlier than usual and more than a week earlier.
This year's first cherry blossoms will be in Tokyo and Fukuoka on March 18th, followed by Yokohama and Hiroshima on March 20th.
It blooms in many places in western and eastern Japan in March, and blooms in various parts of Tohoku in early to mid-April. The cherry blossom wave is expected to land in Hokkaido in late April and bloom in Sapporo on April 23rd.
According to the "National Bomi Survey", which examined the condition of 5,152 cherry blossom buds, more than 30% of the buds in Kanto and Kyushu changed their colors.
In northern Japan, most cherry blossoms are still small and hard buds. However, in the southern Tohoku region, buds that have changed "yellow at the end" have already begun to appear.
The warmth of spring will continue to accelerate growth.
Temperatures are expected to be higher than usual in mid-March, with some days expected to reach 20 degrees Celsius in western and eastern Japan.
It is expected that the growth speed will continue to increase nationwide toward flowering.
Considering the results of this "National Bomi Survey" and the latest temperature forecast, we have advanced the forecast date of flowering in western and eastern Japan by one to four days from the previous announcement (March 2).
As soon as cherry blossoms begin to bloom in Hokkaido, plum blossoms also begin to bloom.
The flower season is almost here!2022.03.14

Sapporo soft stone
Hello, everyone
This time, I would like to introduce Sapporo soft stone, which is registered as Hokkaido heritage.
Sapporo soft stone is a rock (melted tuff) that hardened 40,000 years ago when a pyroclastic flow caused by a large-scale eruption of Mount Shikotsu cooled around Sapporo. Because it is easy to process and has excellent fire resistance and fire resistance, it has been widely used in buildings in Sapporo and Hokkaido since the early Meiji period, and a unique landscape has been formed. The old stone storehouse has been reused as a cafe, and the quarry site is loved not only by citizens as a park and green space, but also as a finishing material for buildings in recent years. In addition, Sapporo's soft stone culture is still continuing, with soft stone miscellaneous goods being commercialized.
It is a stone building that you can sometimes see when you walk around Sapporo. It's heavy, but it's kind of warm. There used to be many stone buildings and warehouses. It has completely decreased recently. However, I was fascinated by this gentle atmosphere and once again attracted attention to stone buildings.2022.02.08

Hokkaido's Great Answer
Today, I'm going to introduce a special edition of lifestyle magazine BRUTUS.
Its name in Englsih roughly translates to "Hokkaido's Great Answer."
The magazine BRUTUS introduces the charm of Hokkaido from its own perspective, but it is difficult to introduce it all at once because it is dotted with attractive towns such as Hakodate, Kushiro of seafood, Obihiro of dairy farming, Asahikawa, Hokkaido's second largest city. Therefore, the main point of the approach is to dig deeper into the highlights starting from seven airports in Hokkaido. It introduces superb views and activities such as gourmet food, culture and hot springs that can be accessed from each airport. Hokkaido is full of spots that even local Hokkaido residents have never visited .It is also full of fresh information for local people.
And at the end of the book, many famous local restaurants have also been introduced, and their sense and ability to cover news are overwhelming. It's completely different from other ordinary tourist guide books. This book is not only for tourists, but also for local Hokkaido residents.
If you have a chance, we highly recommend reading it!2021.12.09
Autumn Leaves
Hello, everyone.
Hokkaido is the first prefectures in Japan to welcome autumn.
This time, I would like to introduce Nakajima Park, a scenic autumn leaves viewing spot located 10 minutes walk from our hotel. The trees in Nakajima Park begin to turn red every year from mid-October.
The park, which has a history of more than 100 years, includes Shobuike Pond, Hachimouan, which is designated as an important cultural property of the country, and Japanese gardens.
In particular, the area around Shobuike Pond is the most popular place, and the autumn leaves reflected on the surface of the pond are the most impressive.
It is a place where you can enjoy the scenery from various angles with a walkway surrounding the pond.
Why don't you pay Nakajima Park a visit?2021.10.07

Cold Ramen
Hello everyone!!
This is Abe from the front desk at T-Mark City Hotel Sapporo.
This blog also introduces the food that I’ve been preparing recently that’s perfect for the summer.
Aren't you getting summer fatigue?
Let's not push ourselves too hard and do our best while taking a break!
This time, I would like to introduce you to chilled Chinese food that Japanese people love eating in the summer.
Here are the ingredients:
·A bowl of ramen
·1 cucumber
·2 eggs
·4-6 slices of ham
·1 teaspoon of sugar
·A little salt
·Favorite cold Chinese sauce
·If you add tomatoes it will be even more delicious!
How to make:
①Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and salt, and mix well.
②After oiling the frying pan, put only half of the eggs in the frying pan.
Please prepare a total of two sunny side up eggs.
③ Slice the eggs, cucumbers and ham thinly.
④When the ramen is boiled, cool it under running water, drain it well, and arrange it on a plate.
⑤The rest is finished by arranging the ingredients as you like.
By the way, in Hokkaido, chilled Chinese is also called chilled ramen!
Enjoy!2021.08.16
Plan+Sapporo
Today I'm going to introduce you to a book called Plan+Sapporo.
It’s edited by Young-Joon Eun, who moved to Sapporo about 10 years ago (at the time of publication), and introduces many beautiful photos highlighting the distinctive charm of Sapporo.
Plan Plus comes from the idea that Sapporo sightseeing will be more fun if you carry this book around the city in addition to an existing tourist guidebook.
What is noteworthy about its content is that it is so unique. For example, "Iso-chan ramen" is featured in the introduction of gourmet spots.
*What is Iso-chan Ramen? It’s a ramen restaurant for local people who come by to eat after a night of heavy drinking and partying.
It's has a lot of content that’s different from your typical tourist guidebook. All the photos posted are slightly underexposed and slightly loose-focus, and the modern Sapporo streets look nostalgic.
I enjoyed this book as if I were flipping through my graduation album from my school days.
Among the photos are the beer garden in Odori Park, the Susukino Festival, and the school festival in Kita University which are always crowded with many smiling people.
These events are now in a situation where you have to refrain from doing so, but one day you will surely be able to enjoy sightseeing with peace of mind. I hope you can visit Sapporo after the pandemic ends. Be sure to take Plan+Sapporo with you on your trip. The beautiful streets and bright and friendly people Sapporo are waiting for you.
Issue: Plan Plus Co., Ltd. / Release: March 31, 2016 / 138P / Softcover
*It is available at limited large bookstores in Sapporo. I recommend you buy it online.2021.08.09
Lasagna Recipe
Hello, everyone.
This time I would like to introduce you to a great lasagna recipe I found online.
This is a summer recipe where you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of seasonal tomatoes.
【For 2 people】
150g minced meat
2 tomatoes (300g)
a quarter of an onion
Olive oil
Ketchup
1/3 of each sugar and curry powder
50g grated cheese
how to make
Cut tomatoes into large bite-sized pieces. Chop an onion into small pieces
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a frying pan and stir-fry minced meat and onions.
When the meat is cooked, add ketchup, sugar, curry powder and tomatoes and stir-fry for another minute. Put in a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle cheese on it and bake it on a toaster until it turns brown.
Here are some extra tips:
·It is recommended to use hard tomatoes (not too soft)♩
·If you bake too long, it will produce too much water, so please bake at a high temperature
Be sure to try it. It's very delicious!2021.08.01
Hot Plate
Hello, everyone.
This time, I would like to introduce a hot plate that is useful at home. I highly recommend buying a hot plate because it expands the range of dishes you can cook!
「 BRUNO BOE 021 」
good points
·Fashionable and easy-to-use size
·Temperature adjustment that can handle everything from stewed food to high temperature baking
·Optional items to make it more convenient
·Perfect for living alone
bad points
·It feels relatively expensive for its size
·Not compatible with metal spatula
·It's electric, so if you use it too much, the electricity bill will be charged.
I also use this hot plate at home, and the price starts at 8,200 yen on Amazon, and the price varies depending on the accessories. It is easy to adjust the temperature, and I think it is good to take pictures of the food, but it may be difficult to use depending on the home environment because it can only be made for 2-3 servings per cooking.
「 Iwatani cassette gas hot plate griller CB-GHP-A 」
good points
·Cassette gas type
·Cordless
·It can also be used for pot cooking
·Time flies before it's cooked
·It can be used in the event of an earthquake
bad points
·Temperature control is difficult
·The degree of baking varies depending on the place of baking.
I also use this hot plate at home. The price starts at 9400 yen on Amazon. There are electrical, IH and cassette gas types, but I feel that some kind of cassette gas type is the best.
I think it's relatively expensive at first, but once you buy it, you can use it for a long time, so I highly recommend it!
If you look up hot plates on the mail order site, you'll find a lot of them, so please look for your favorite!2021.06.21
