Q. What is your children policy?

A. Children up to the age of 6 can share a bed free of charge, breakfast is also free. Those aged 6 and above are considered adults and will need to pay the full adult price.

Q. I’m travelling with a newborn, do you have a bed guard?

A. We will provide you a room with a bed guard. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the bed. (Subject to availability).

Q. Do you have parking?

A. We do not have a car park. However, there are three affiliated car parks close by.
●Times Susukino 6.5: max length 5m, max width 1.9m, max height 2.1m, max weight 2.5t (50 parking spaces)
●Times Susukino 6.6: max length 5m, max width 1.9m, max height 2.1m, max weight2.5t (108 parking spaces)
●Times Susukino 6.3: max length 5m, max width 1.9m, max height 2.1m, max weight2.5t (130 parking spaces)
The parking fee is 1,650 JPY for 24 hours (please note if you leave and re-enter the car park, you will be charged again). Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk for payment. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the car park.

Q. Do you have a microwave?

A. There is a microwave in the lobby area of the hotel.

Q. Do you provide ice?

A. There is an ice machine in the lobby area of the hotel.

Q. Are there vending machines in the hotel?

A. There are vending machines in the lobby area of the hotel as well as the first floor of the east building and sixth to tenth floor of the west building.

Q. Are there laundry machines in the hotel?

A. There are no laundry machines in our hotel. We provide a laundry service that offers same day delivery if you hand your laundry to the front desk before 9am (no laundry service is available on Sundays or public holidays). There is a launderette close to the hotel (5-minute walk).

Q. Do you have an iron/ironing board?

A. If you ask the front desk, we will provide you one. (Subject to availability).

Q.　Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel?

A. For those wishing to send luggage to the hotel prior to their check in date, please be sure to write the reservation name and check in date on the slip. We do not accept luggage that is to be paid upon arrival.

Q. Is it possible to check in before 14:00?

A. Our check in time is 14:00. If you wish to check in before 14:00, we charge 1000JPY per hour. If you wish to check in before 09:00, we charge 1nights fee. Please note that early check in is subject to availability so please kindly let us know in advance.

Q. Is it possible to check out after 11:00?

A. Our check out time is 11:00. If you wish to check out after 11:00, we charge 1000JPY per hour. If you wish to check out after 14:00, we charge 1nights fee. Please note that late check out is subject to availability so please kindly let us know in advance.

Q. Can minors (under the age of 18) stay without a parent/guardian?

A. For minors wishing to stay alone, we ask you to bring a letter of consent from your parents or guardian. You can download our letter of consent from our homepage.
